Nadia Lim at Trailways 7-9pm
Celebrity chef, entrepreneur & television personality

To be doing what I am today is a dream come true. It all started when I was 12 years old. I was watching TV after school one day and Jamie Oliver was cooking up a storm on The Naked Chef. I thought “Ooooh…he’s cool, I’d love to cook, eat and write recipes all day like him”. On that day I firmly decided that, one day, when I grew up I’d write a cookbook and have a cooking TV show called ‘Food in the Nude’. I wasn’t dreaming of cooking naked, if that’s what you were thinking… what I wanted was to show people how delicious natural food, that wasn’t dressed up in fancy packages and additives, could be.

My Food bag is a really successful business now…..

Liam Malone

Liam Malone
The Bladerunner

Liam has only been competing in the sport of Para-Athletics for two years. His journey began with generous support from the New Zealand public who donated funds to assist Liam with the purchase of running blades while still in his first year at Canterbury University. Now Liam spends most of his time training and studying.

The Rio 2016 Paralympic Games will be Liam’s first Paralympic Games and he is focused on winning the Men’s 400m in the T43 classification. It has been quite a journey to get to this point. The training has been hard and at times he hasn’t been able to put on his blades due to bleeding and swelling on his legs from the previous training session.
